I recently discovered that my abuser had changed his name on leaving prison and his neighbours whilst suspicious of his behaviour outside next to the school playground could not find any information to make them worry. Had they known his real name they should have been extremely worried!
I can’t understand why a sex offender can change their name and their history simply vanishes. This is a loophole that MUST be closed.
